Guidelines for E-Poster and Paper Presentation

Guidelines for E – Posters: 

  • Last date for submission of abstract is ______December 2018.
  • Posters will be presented on 31st January 2019 from 12pm to 5pm.
  • Maximum of two authors per poster.
  • Certificate will be issued to the authors.
  • The Presentation should be in JPG.
  • Maximum Size of E-poster 200MB.
  • Monitors displaying poster will be wide screen 16:9 [Rectangle] format
  • Avoid using hyperlinks, video – audio file in E-poster
  • Only the individual poster code and e-mail address of authors must be mentioned on the poster.
  • Presenter must carry presentation in portable device (pen drive) and submit their presentation to committee prior to presenting.
  • Posters must be designed keeping in mind the theme of the conference.
  • Each author will have a time of 3mins to present his/her poster and 2mins for discussion.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right for acceptance of the poster.
  • KSDC points will be awarded to the participants who register for the Conference.
  • Presenters must be registered members of state AOMSI.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation: 

  • Post graduates must send their abstract before ______________December 2018(250-300words).
  • Only 10 best abstracts will be chosen for the prize category paper presentation.
  • Only the paper code of the author must be mentioned which will be allotted after the submission of the abstract.
  • Paper presentation will be on 31st January 2019 between 08.30AM to 04.30PM.
  • Each presenter will be given a time of 8mins to present his/her paper and 2 mins for Question and Answers.
  • Presenter must carry presentation in portable device (pen drive) and submit their presentation to committee prior to presenting.
  • Presenter must report 15min prior to the lecturer hall.
  • KSDC points will be awarded to the participants who register for the Conference.
  • Presenters must be registered members of state AOMSI.
